Shani Barrett is originally from South Orange County, California, but her traveling spirit whisked her across the country to attend NYU. She lived in New York for 13 years, and then her travels brought her to Arizona in 2015. In 2017 she ventured into the world of real estate and received her Arizona Real Estate License. Shani joined Case Huff & Associates in 2018 and has been managing commercial properties to the delight of her clients. Her energy and desire to grow in the real estate industry led her to get her Broker’s License in January 2021. Well versed in all areas of real estate, Shani also serves as an Asset Manager for a variety of corporations, managing her client’s assets and making important investment decisions to help the client’s portfolio grow. Whether it be in her role as a Property Manager or as an Asset Manager, her ability to relate to her client’s needs and follow-through on decisions that directly affect their properties, Shani has earned the trust needed to be successful in all aspects of the Real Estate industry, what she refers to as a “happy accident.”
