Adrian Engler has been with Case Huff for almost 3 years. He comes with 25+ years of construction experience including large scale/high end custom homes valued over $2 million, and commercial buildings valued at over $5 million. His hands-on experience as a business owner provided him with first-hand experience in property maintenance, additions, concrete work, remodels, roofing, windows, drywall, and painting. Adding to his residential and commercial project background, Adrian can efficiently and effectively manage crews of various sizes. His ability to work closely with vendors ensures that material/supply dollars allocated per project or building, will be negotiated at the best possible cost to stay within budget. His training includes a keen understanding of OSHA safety requirements, and a special talent for keeping safety procedures in the forefront.
As a Project Superintendent for Case Huff & Associates, Adrian works with and manages crews of various sizes to keep the exterior of the properties and POA’s looking pristine. Some examples of Adrian’s responsibilities include large Professional Office Associations (POA’s): The Perimeter Center; Gilbert Town Square; the Peaks and Northsight 101. He also helps save money for these properties by operating large grass mowers, a boom truck for tree trimming and removal, a chipper and various other equipment that makes caring for large projects efficient.
