| Messrs. John and Jay Murphy are the owners of Air Commerce Center, a unique office building with eight aircraft hangars located on the runway of Scottsdale Airport at 14605 N. Airport Drive in Scottsdale. The building contains 66,588 square feet and has been managed by Case, Huff & Associates since 1992. In 1997-1998, this building won the International Office Building of the Year Award as the best managed building for its size in North America. Case Huff & Associates also manages and leases, for Messrs. Murphy, the Brookstone Building, a 117,332 square foot Class A Office building located at 340 E. Palm Lane in central Phoenix which in 2002/2003, also won the International Office Building of the Year Award. Also under the management of Case, Huff & Associates is an office building at 6920 E. 1st Street, a 4,171 square foot office building in Scottsdale. In addition to the management of these office buildings, Case, Huff & Associates performs the accounting services for the Murphy's which consists of 20 entities including the OX Ranch, an 80,000 acre working cattle ranch with 1,000 head of cattle. |
